Our rooms
19 meeting, seminar or conference rooms
We can provide one or more rooms depending on the needs of your training sessions, meetings, conferences, seminars, general assemblies, gatherings, etc.
Room configurations are usually arranged in the following ways: “Conference,” “Classroom,” or “Square,” but any other configuration can be considered.
Equipment
- Wi-Fi connection
- Flipchart
- Kitchen unit with refrigerator, microwave and sink [optional]
- Giant screen [optional]
Customizable configurations
Large rooms are carpeted and equipped with chairs, tables, a flip chart, a sound system, and a screen.
Near each of these rooms are smaller rooms for breakout groups or breakout areas.
8 training rooms can accommodate groups of up to 19 people for one or more days.
Located on the ground floor with direct access to the garden or parking area, they all feature a wall suitable for video projection and are naturally lit by bay windows or other windows.
Tables are usually arranged in a square, but this layout can be adapted to suit your training needs.
5 meeting rooms can accommodate either small groups for day-long training sessions or subgroups for workshops or group discussions.
These rooms, practical in more ways than one, overlook the courtyard and are close to the main halls.
La salle de la Rencontre is a large, modular room adjoining the Centre's cafeteria area and opening, if desired, onto a tree-lined lawn.
It is regularly used as a break room and social space.
